ABOUT JAISEL
I have been practicing biodynamic craniosacral therapy since 2016.
Previously, I led community development projects and worked on climate and energy policy, having studied engineering, planning, and anthropology at university.
I first began learning about therapeutic modalities in 2010, when my father sustained a head injury, and I left work to support his recovery. Over time, I was drawn to biodynamic craniosacral therapy because of its kinship with community development: both disciplines are about skilfully creating space and safety for new and healthier ways of living to take root.
Through my practice, I aim to help clients build embodied resources which will not only support their health and resilience, but also serve their contributions to the community at large.
